The custom-section family brings together inflatable silicone profiles with different cross-section geometries. Use the drawings as a starting point when a standard mounting arrangement does not describe your gasket requirement.

Start with the sealing requirement and your drawing
A custom requirement can involve the cross-section, overall seal dimensions, mounting arrangement or air connection. These are separate decisions: an existing catalogue section may still be suitable for a seal made to your required overall shape and length.
First identify the surface that must be sealed and the direction in which the profile should expand. Then show the mounting space, contact gap, bends and corners. This helps distinguish a different installation of an existing section from a requirement for a new section geometry.
Send your technical drawing together with temperature, pressure, media exposure, operating cycle and quantity. Include any material or documentation requirements at the enquiry stage. Manufacturing feasibility and the final specification are confirmed after reviewing the project.
